The seller, Belwood Investments, had accepted a non-contingent, all-cash offer from developer Andrew Mazella Ventures. Belwood had purchased the stripped-down property from Ye in 2023 for $21 million and completed the electrical and finish work to restore the 4,000-square-foot home to its full potential.

Another standout contract last week came from 23736 Malibu Colony Road, a gated six-bedroom, five-bath property listed at $32.5 million. This property includes vaulted ceilings, beachfront decks, and two detached guest houses, perfect for hosting in style.
Listed by Compass agent Chris Cortazzo, the property’s seller is associated with a Delaware-based LLC managed by hedge fund CEO Christian Leone.
LA Luxury Sees Momentum
In total, 17 high-end properties asking $4 million or more went into contract across LA County last week, totaling over $186 million in listing volume—up from $128 million the week before. The luxury segment continues to demonstrate resilience and strong buyer interest, particularly along the coast.
